PLUS I was so excited my mum got me my own little bottle of the super spirulina for my birthday which of course when in the smoothie too! And it was sooooo yum... I had to try get every last drop :P
Here is what I put in :)
1 handful of spinach leaves
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup Rice and Chick pea (or almond) milk
1/2 scoop Raw protein powder (optional)
1 teaspoon spirulina powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix in blender for 30-40 seconds and serve! Or drink straight from the mixer if you wish ;)
