Paleo Porridge |
1/2 cup water
1 apple grated
2 Tablespoons LSA
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
60ml almond milk (wonderful if you have it but any milk can be used)
1 scoop protein powder
Pepitas, banana, berries.... extras for serving :)
Combine water, cinnamon and grated apple in a saucepan, mix with the LSA, chia seeds and vanilla extract. Cook over a low heat for a few minutes until slightly thickened and heated through.
Either add the chopped banana, berries etc and stir through or add on top to serve your glorious bowel of Paleo Porridge with warmed milk.
The protein powder can be mixed with the milk prior to adding (optional)
