Choc-Banana Muesli - Raw

It was a quick trip to the gym this morning as i managed to squeeze a bike session in before i needed to head to work (yes on a Sunday!), not thinking i would be able to experiment with my raw breakfasts i soaked some steel cut oats and chia seeds to night before as a quick breakfast on the go. BUT i ended up making a  raw Choc-Banana Muesli which was post PERFECT for a post workout breakfast and so TASTY! Did i mention i made it while rushing for work? it is too easy to make :) I have a feeling i will be making this in advance as my own breakfast muesli ready to eat in the days ahead!

At the Ready :) 
Ingredients
1/4 cup steel cut oats

2 teaspoons Chia seeds
1/3 cup water (or almond milk if you have some!)
2 teaspoons cacao powder
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon pepitas
1 tablespoon chopped almonds
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
2 dried apricots chopped
1 teaspoon LSA
Honey to drizzle


 Methods 
Soak the oats and Chia seeds in the water (or milk) overnight.
In the morning mix in the cacao and chopped banana...

Oats, Chia and Cacao
 and add the rest of the ingredients and any other nuts/fruits/seeds you like!

 Serve with a few pieces of banana on top with a drizzle of honey... drool ;)
