Mum's Green Smoothie

When mum went to a caravan and camping show earlier on in the year, she was inspired by a product on display called a Ladyship blender. After trying a delicious Ladyship produced smoothie and making a decision to spoil herself and buy this product, she has never looked back! It is used just about everyday and the green smoothies mum makes from it are in high demand by the rest of the family! (me included :)) Green smoothies are a wonderful way to get more fruits, vegetable and abundance of nutrition packed into your day. They are easy to make and can be made to suit your taste buds with a variety of ingredients!

Here is a trip with my mums lunch time Green Smoothie :)
