Raw-volution

We are in the midst of a revolution in health, and it is up to you to spread the word and help the revolution take effect! The revolution promotes a natural way of living that can enable us to experience improved health and general well-being, weight loss, increased energy and stamina, reduced allergies, improved digestion, prevention and reversal of diseases and a more positive attitude about life! How do you say?? Living Raw.


Adding more Raw, plant-based foods to your diet is not only great for your body, but also for the environment and the Earth itself. A raw food diet can reduce your carbon footprint more than driving an electric car and recycling combined!

Raw food diet is a health promoting lifestyle for humans, animals and the planet, however lets face it it is not enough to gain favor with people unless it also tastes great. We are so customed to eating for flavor, texture, appearance and comfort so no matter how good the food is for us, if it does not feed us emotionally we do not eat it... at least not for long. Most people continue to eat foods for comfort, even when it is killing them! So we need to make healthier foods taste better than cooked foods. I would say that is not hard as i love raw and simple foods, but i am a lucky one it seems. We must learn to balance and eat for enjoyment but also for health and vitality.





If you are overweight and seeking permanent weight loss or just want to achieve better health with more energy without giving up the enjoyment of tasty, satisfying, nurturing meals, either way i cannot recommend the Raw food diet enough. It has all the protein, vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals and antioxidants you need to build a healthy vibrant body, it truly is the main stay to vitality!

But don't worry, i am not saying you should go 100% Raw food 100% of the time, i guarantee you will end up with an overwhelmed digestive system going into overdrive with the goodness and nutrition you give it resulting in enough flatulence to send you to the moon and back! But start today and make the small changes to your life which supplement the raw foods for packaged or cooked goods and progress to make Raw foods a more regular part of your daily life and you will slowly but surely feel the difference.
