Smoked Salmon and Avocado Omelette

Getting some more healthy ideas for lunch i would love to make raw wraps one day with a dehydrator, but instead i made one out of egg! I love eggs and since they have a good amount of protein in them as well as their other benefits i am trying to incorporate them into my diet more also. So today i made a Smoked Salmon and Avocado Omelette :)


It was very easy and impromptu, all i used was...

1 egg beaten
1 Tbsp milk
1/4 avocado cut
1/2 tomato cut
1/3 cup smoked salmon chopped
Handful of spinach leaves 
Sprinkle of fresh grated Tumeric 
Sprinkle of sesame seeds 

Beat the egg with the milk in a small bowl. I also added a sprinkle of Hemp seeds i found in mums fridge!
Poor onto a small saucepan at medium heat and cook until cooked through and browned (around 4 minutes), flip to brown the other side for 30 seconds.

Place on top spinach leaves, smoked salmon, avocado, tomato, tumeric and sesame seeds and enjoy! :)

So simple yet so good!
